Private Residence Master Staircase and Exterior Stairs

Project overview

This project involves the design and execution of a new single-family home for a family of four. The site is located in Bellevue with a mix of traditional and modern homes. The builder was building his own home for his own family. Our job was to design and build the main staircase, exterior staircase and all railings in the home.

Details

My contributions included the design, budgeting, contracting and installation of all aspects of both staircase and railings, while working in close collaboration with the builder and his team.

Results

I was hired on to Brookfield stairs and took over immediately all aspects of the project. Multiple changes were made to the design, budget and build team members which required a lot of re-alignment throughout the project. Despite many challenges faced throughout this project and some delays faced due to external factors the project was completed to satisfaction of the client.
